PETS

No pets allowed unless prior written consent by the owner.

SMOKING

No smoking indoors.

QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am daily. We can’t do anything about the roosters crowing or the birds chirping but please keep it down during sleepy times. No blasting of loud music at any time please.

EVENTS

No “events” shall be held on the premises unless prior written consent by the owner. Events such as large parties, reunions, club hosting, etc. By all means, have your friends over for dinner, just no swingin’ events or otherwise.

COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY OR FILMING

No commercial photography or filming allowed. If you want to film for your YouTube channel that is fine. Please include a link to the listing in your video, and say nice things.

The Blue Cactus House: 4 guests

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT TIMES

Check in 3pm. Check out 11am. We are flexible to early check-ins with prior agreement as most people check in late in the evening. Just ask.

LOST/BROKEN ITEMS

Please be kind. If you break something or, if something gets lost (pool towels etc..) let us know and we will figure it out together.
