Original colonial charm intact with modern restyling and resotration. All new pasta tiles on the floor reflect vintage patterns. Family room features new and comfortable sofa. New furniture throughout is Tzalam wood made by Armadio furniture.

Located one block from Calle 47 and a few blocks to the start of the new gastronomic corridor, keep walking and you’ll be at the new La Plancha Park.
Feeling adventurous? There is a new bus stop right outside the door with new, quiet, electric busses.
I have put my heart and soul into these two houses. I like to design and nest. If I don’t have a home to decorate I’m restless. I love the hunt for just the right thing or color.
